Great night rest, we booked thru hotels tonight and the site said all rooms were non-smoking but when we got there they said I booked a smoking room?? The girl did waive the additional fee for a non smoking room after some talking and me showing her my phone. She said they will contact the site to let them know that is incorrect. Very nice breakfast and comfortable room.

I first stayed at this hotel the week the new owners took over. They are extremely accommodating and I can see the improvements on the property. They installed a new security system and are always available for any questions. Especially when I leave my stuff behind lol. I typically stay every 2-3 weeks here and every other week forget something. The staff always returns it to the office and they make sure I get it. Clean and spacious! Thank you guys!

Great service , great rooms,, great beds, very clean, great prices. Breakfast in the morning from 6am-9am. Pool and Jacuzzi hours from 8am-9pm but the Jacuzzi is not heated.. $20 extra for a dog. Saturday's is the most expensive day..

I was provided Top Tier service by Jackie who has been so kind and professional ! Jackie enrolled me into the Sure Stay Best Western rewards where I earned a $50 gift card and over 2,000 in points after a couple nights of stay. very modernized rooms super sanitary and love how close this stay is to local convenient stores. This is a Discreet location I’ve had no noise concerns or safety concerns here. If you don’t have an issue complying to basic hotel instruction you will be more than satisfied with this stay. Almost forgot to mention the breakfast, something I never want to miss out on here lol. Overall a great experience for me.

Upon arrival I was informed that I would not be allowed to have any visitors. But once I explained me and my boyfriend had planned on visiting with his daughter and grand baby they made the exception. What a wonderful time. Thank you for being so understanding. I will be back

Just want to send a shot out to this hotel. We had come all the way from out of town just to be told at another hotel that our reservations wouldn't be honored so we were searching around and we called this location and lo and behold we got the best professional customer service we could ever ask for we immediately got our rooms. The front desk people were amazing!! We even got a room with smoking which I don't see often in California and since we were there for a 420 Kush stock event that really was the icing on the cake. It was a quiet property with plenty of stores and restaurants around it. The rooms were clean and housekeeping came and asked if we needed anything. Really made it a perfect trip for me and my husband and another couple. Thank you sure stay for making our stay well worth it and memorable!!

I had an extended stay of two months at SureStay Plus, and I truly couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Eliana and the entire team were outstanding—always friendly, professional, and ready to help with anything I needed. The complimentary breakfast every morning was a great way to start the day, and the overall hospitality made it feel like a home away from home. The only minor issue was a small tear in the bottom seal of the door, which made me a bit concerned about bugs—but thankfully, there were no problems. Anytime I’m back in Apple Valley, I won’t even think twice—I know exactly where I’ll be staying. Huge thanks to Eliana and the staff for making my stay so comfortable!

Great room, and great staff at check-in. Have only stayed a few times and yet she remembered I prefer 1st floor. Always appreciate the breakfast, not so sure about the egg patty though. But plenty to choose from. So nice they added tea bags as none on my first stay, not a coffee drinker. Will stay again, it's convenient to the Dr, as the drive from my house can be annoying in the morning. Rates are reasonable.

I stayed here once around Feb 2024 and the front desk agent was straightforward and lovely! Unfortunately I don’t remember her name. I think she had a unique name. The hotel room was clean, organized and comfortable enough for me for a budget hotel. This is also one of the fewer SureStay locations that offers a complete breakfast and it was worth it!

Room is always clean & breakfast is always good and fresh… staff is always friendly. I visit often to visit family I live 3 hours away and the other hotel around are nowhere near clean and safe as this one. Near stores and food.
